We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Lizzy James purchase, and we're here to help!

At Lizzy James, we are committed to ensuring our wholesale customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Our customer satisfaction promise is simple: if you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will replace the item at no charge.

Return and Replacement Policy:

We accept items purchased from Lizzy James within 60 days of purchase for a remake in the same amount as your purchase. This policy applies to all products, regardless of the reason for the return.

To initiate, please contact our customer service team with your order number. Our team will guide you through the process.

The steps are as followed:

  • STEP 1 Contact us via email at wholesale@lizzyjames.com within 60 days of receipt of your order to obtain an Exchange RMA. In your email, please include your order number/receipt.
  • STEP 2  Please mail your piece(s) to us at: Lizzy James, 18029 Calle Ambiente - Suite 511-B, Rancho Santa Fe, CA 92067. Include the RMA number in your package.
  • STEP 3  Upon receipt, we will issue you a replacement(s) 
  • Please do not send your Return without obtaining RMA, as it will delay the exchange process.

      Exchange processing time:

      • Please allow 2-3 days for us to process your return upon receipt
      • Approximate time to craft your new piece is 5-7 days on average 

      Refunds:

      • In the unlikely event of a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item at wholesale@lizzyjames.com or by phone at 877-554-1215. EMAIL IS BEST FOR FASTER SERVICE.
